Many of you know that I am deeply committed to women’s health. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of running clinics and offering one-to-one sessions to support women living with persistent pain conditions and female health issues. This includes vulvodynia, endometriosis, vaginismus, perimenopause and menopause.

What you might not know is that I have walked this challenging path myself. For many years, I struggled with recurrent vulval and vaginal pain, and have experienced first-hand the frustrations of navigating a healthcare system that often left me without answers. My personal journey, combined with my professional experience, showed me that I was not alone—many women feel dismissed, unheard, and unsure of how to manage their intimate pain.

Because I believe every woman deserves acknowledgement, compassionate care and answers, I’ve put all of my experience, professional knowledge and over four years of research into my new book.
