A complete antenatal & hypnobirthing course. This comprehensive course covers all aspects of birth & will support you to make informed choices about your care. You & your partner will learn beneficial relaxation strategies & hypnobirthing techniques.
This course is ideal for you if you are looking for a detailed & complete antenatal course.
This shortened course covers the main aspects of birth, but concentrates more on the hypnobirthing elements. You may choose to do this course, if you have attended a different antenatal course or if you want to focus on the hypnobirthing strategies.
Extra sessions are always available if your circumstances change & you want additional information or support.

If you are having an elective C-Section, then this course is perfect for you. Hypnobirthing techniques are just as useful in caesarean deliveries in helping you to remain calm, relaxed & optimising your birthing experiences. I used hypnobirthing with my two C-sections & had two wonderful births.
This tailored course covers everything you need to know to feel prepared & positive about your C-section.
Thank you so much Heather, your guidance on the section - the caesarean was amazing.
Sometimes people can be apprehensive about pregnancy & birth because of phobias such as fear of needles, blood, hospitals or even birth. In addition to the antenatal programmes offered we can work together to release any fears / phobias enabling you to look forward to your baby’s birth.
Some clients that come to me have sadly experienced previous pregnancy loss & becoming pregnant again may understandably raise complex emotions. In order to support parents who have experienced this, I offer a sensitively tailored program that suits you.
At our first visit you will have the opportunity to talk with me about any specific worries or concerns & we will plan your programme together.
The programme will be taken at your own pace & will include strategies & techniques to enable you to prepare positively for the birth of your baby.
We loved the fact that all types of birth were explained & discussed. Very well tailored to a more complex pregnancy after previous loss.
